I needed soaps for our small guest bathroom as well as to give as gifts (decorative additions to the outside of wrapped packages) and this mould was perfect! Especially since the built in soap holders on our corner sink in the extra bathroom are shaped in a scallop shape, the shell design was perfect! Silicone molds are my favorite since they are easy to remove the soap without ruining the shape of the molds.

I used this mold to make nautical themed cupcakes for a 90th birthday celebration. The shells removed easily from the mold and were the perfect size.

I used this to make chocolates for my granddaughters birthday and they turned out so cute! Very easy to use and good quality.

This was a decent quality mold and shell imprint. It released the resin easily. The only drawback was I wish they were a bit smaller. Too large to be earrings and I am having an artistic block as to what to decorate one for a necklace, The shell is a little smaller than the inside of an average woman's hand. You would not want to use more than one if your making a necklace. I will try to find other uses for this mold.

I have used these molds repeatedly for the last 3 weeks. The resin slips out of the mold with ease every single time, have had no problem with them sticking. The mica powder does not come off of it very easily, but also hasn't transferred from one pour to the next so I haven't had issues with it looking dirty. The shells are a decent size at 2 inches across at their widest spots and have been great for crafting.

This truffle mold is a good choice for those venturing into the world of dessert making. Its user-friendly design and effortless cleaning make it a commendable tool. However, one might find room for improvement in its thickness or the addition of wire around the edges, which could enhance the process of creating filled truffles. Nevertheless, despite these minor considerations, its value proposition remains solid, making it a worthwhile investment.

I enjoy soap making as an activity for kids. It’s great for play dates when my daughter has several friends over. This set allows 15 soaps to be set at once, and they are the right size for kids’ hands. I like that they are somewhat 3d shaped. It makes the heart look full. They are thin but release easily. Because of the thinness, one cannot disturb it while it sets. I would definitely suggest not moving it at all.I can also see that this silicone would be good for baking. If I ever want to make larger chocolates, now I can.
