READ DESCRIPTION TO KNOW # OF SHEETS YOU’LL NEED!
These are single sided sheets, exactly what is advertised and described. If you plan to just laminate one side of a sheet of paper, you will only need one laminating sheet per page of paper. So you will be able to cover one side of 24 pages. IF YOU WANT TO LAMINATE BOTH SIDES, YOU WILL NEED TO USE 2 OF THESE SHEETS! When purchasing, keep in mind that YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO LAMINATE BOTH SIDES OF 12 SHEETS OF PAPER MAX, NOT 24!I purchased these to laminate small note cards. I use a lot of paper punches for making cards and scrapbooking. I like to keep note cards, I’ve punched, as examples and so I can reference the various punches I own. These worked great for my project.Because my note cards have open areas in the middle, I laminated both sides. It is extremely important to have a very clean work surface. Any lint, pet hair, etc will stick to the adhesive and it’s not easy to remove. When I happened to touch the adhesive, I had finger prints that were permantly visible after applying the laminating sheet.I placed a single laminating sheet, on my flat craft table, with the adhesive side facing up and removed the protective film. I then placed multiple note cards on the adhesive. Then I applied the second sheet, adhesive side down, over the top.I had much smoother results standing and looking down on the sheets. I also lined up the sheets and adhered the two just at the edge along the top of the sheets. I slowly peeled away the protective film as I laid down the second sheet. To evenly apply and reduce wrinkles or bubbles, use something like a credit card to “squeegee” the top sheet as you adhere it. If you completely remove the protective film, it is a sticky and messy job, plus it is almost impossible to line up the sheets and not have any wrinkles, bubbles, finger prints etc.Be prepared to take your time and work slowly for the best results. I will gladly purchase these again. :)

Just what I needed
These are great - bigger than 8.5 x11 so you can trim down. The bit bigger size is also super useful because I always end up with one of the sides a little crooked so I can trim it so you can't tell.

A good quality and quantity for a good price!
These self-adhesive laminating sheets were a real bargain for the price! I'd shopped every office supply store in my area and each one wanted a LOT more than $12 for packs with just a few sheets. These sheets are sturdy enough for what I'd wanted them for and the protective layers peel back easily enough make the laminate layers easy place without wrestling with them. If I have a smaller piece with no overhang to help peel the protective sheet off of the sticky side, a piece of painter's tape or scotch tape at the corner does the trick to help pull the protective coating off. Cuts very easily and the laminate sheets are sturdy stuff and don't tear. Also, they are large-- 9" x 12"-- so I am able to get a LOT of use out of each sheet. I looked around quite a bit before purchasing these from amazon because 50 sheets was more than I'd ever thought I would use, but in a long run this pack the most cost effective and the sheets work so well I may just work my way through the whole pack. (They are PERFECT for placing over Xeroxed copied applique patterns so that patterns can be traced without ruining your books! )

Not Exactly What I Wanted, But It's Very Close
Went on easily and, most importantly, my first two efforts (and only so far), did not produce any air bubbles!!!Not only did that occur, but it both surprised and impressed. Only other addition I would like to see added, is aset of gridlines to help position the document exactly where I want it. Scott's brand which I used to buy atWal-Mart (doesn't sell them any more) had them and were very useful. All in all I am satisfied with boththe quality and the price. I'm sure I;\'ll be ordering more in the future.

I am laminating everything
I love these sheets. I bought them to laminate game cards so we can reuse them for all sorts of games (5 Crowns, Yatzee, Quixx, etc.). They aren't difficult to use. I recommend them.

Laminate E V E R Y T H I N G
What’s better than giant sheets of tape? Maybe giant sheets of tape with bubble wrap on one side? That’d be awesome. I’d put it on the counters at night to keep our cats off them, and outside the bedroom door. But this isn’t that. It’s for DIY laminating and it’s awesome. Use the blun5 side of a butter knife to smooth it down and a pin to pop air bubbles if you get any. Then to tightly seal the edges around things like flash cards, run the rounded edge of the butter knife around the edges and it’ll make a nice line of demarcation for cutting. I’ve done our recipe cards, kids flash cards, some keepsake cards the kids made, homemade ID cards for the kids to carry when they went on a field trip out of town, the school calendar, a paper on the fridge that I write what I’m cooking for dinner so I’m not asked “whatcha cooking” 12 times every night. Dry erase marker works fine on this stuff. Love it.

Does not stick
the sheet appears tacky when the protective film is removed however it does not stick/seal to any type of paper. Huge waste of money.
