I suffer from a lot of back pain and my siatic nerve always pinching and this has done wonders for my back, so effective. I'm also getting married later this month and I fully plan to use it to numb my feet so they don't hurt from wearing heels all day long. I'll definitely be buying this again. It last for HOURS, and it's not sticky or anything. My only gripe would be how smelly it is but after a few minutes the smell goes away. The cooling also feels amazing on my back and kind of reminds me of Biogel that I'd used to buy back in Canada.

I was looking for next-level topical pain relief and have found it. I think it works better than Bio-Freeze, Voltaren, or other pain relieving gels or creams that I have used previously. I would recommend this product!
