Recent purchased this after falling from a tree and hyperextending my hand. I typically wear a size Large glove, and the larger size of this product fit me perfectly. The entire hand and wrist were warmed. Elastic and velcro straps make it easy to get a good fit. The power cord is unusually long, which is a nice feature.I never tried it on the highest of the three settings, as quite a few others obviously have done. I found the Medium setting to be plenty warm for a brief session where I really wanted to roast my hand, and the Low setting right for all other times. The glove is so comfortable and supportive that I wore mine around the house and to the store after disconnecting it from the power.Hands come in different sizes and shapes, of course, so this might not be great for everyone. And, for folks with reduced sensitivity in their hands, accidentally putting it on the High setting could be a very real danger. Other than that, I can recommend it without any reservations.

I have only had this product for a few days and have only used it 3 times, but so far, I am pleased. I am using a thumb/wrist splint for CMC-OA which helps a lot. I saw this and thought -- it might help to bring heat to the CMC joint afflicted with osteoarthritis. It's very easy to use. It's pretty automatic -- starts in a 15 minute timed increment and you can increase in 15-minute increments as well. Everything operates from an easy-to-use touch dial with just 4 buttons. It begins at medium heat, but I like to turn that down to low. So far, low heat is where I have stayed and it has been quite adequate. It heats up VERY FAST, like within a minute. It heats in the exactly location of the CMC joint also, so for me it is comforting and relieving. I don't know that it will improve my situation -- but I certainly don't think it will hurt. It seems to be well made -- well padded with good heating coils; it's easy to use; and the cost seems reasonable. Definitely worth a try and so far -- no complaints!

This product is great, however, even with the glove I still got burned on my thumb. I probably had it on too long and to hot. Otherwise it's a great product. Just use it sparingly and not to hot for too long.

I think this is my first review on Amazon after so many years of purchasing. Just want to say two things about this. The cord is so generously long and the glove material, all of it, is so surprisingly soft and comfortable. Quality and thoughtfulness in design is the bottom line. Oh, and heat choices are perfect.

Does not go up wrist. No control of heat. Burn yourself

My arthritis exacerbated carpal tunnel is relatively new after a lifetime of computer usage, so I needed to find a treatment that would be versatile enough for my particular needs. Besides being easy to assemble and use, this brace adjusts easily to perfect comfort. I am amazed at the high, yet comfortable level of heat. It's just right. I've been wrapping my arm/wrist/hand in a heating pad turned on high. This is so much more comfortable, and the cord is more than long enough to allow me to use it in bed in the middle of the night when my numbness usually hits. The brace keeps my wrist and thumb straight without hindering my ability to do routine tasks. I HIGHLY recommend.

Stopped working after 60 days of purchase. worked great in the beginning. then just stopped working. really. and return policy is 30 days. maybe they know it's gonna stop after 30 days?
