Leftside speaker doesn't work
When getting these renewed JBL tour pros, I took them in to use and noticed that the leftside speaker did not work. No any sound but the touch commands worked. It looks like quite common with this product and seems that weeker possibility to get working model when buy refurbished set.

They don't fit well and are very uncomfortable
The headphones sound good and the assistant works.They are uncomfortable, they fall out, no matter what pad is used. They only work if you are sitting, if you walk they fall, worse if you run. The app does not work well, it disconnects several times and cannot be updated. I changed them for the JBL Reflec Flow and I regret it.

Sadly, the earphones are defective and this supplier is not a not an authorized dealer, so the manufacturer will replace them. Buyer beware I guess.

Right one doesn't work right after.....
Right one doesn't work right after one year of use. Second pair I bought, first one had the same issue. I'm not giving a third chance. No more JBL earbuds for me.
