I’d have to say that they do work , sometimes I don’t want the taste of spearmint all the time. The suction side of the table does stick to roof of mouth, so that works .

Don't hesitate! If you're suffering with a dry mouth caused by medication as I have been for the last 20 years, then this will changeveverything! At last I can wake up without feeling like my mouth is stuck together! It means I sleep longer and my voice isn't so croaky either. Well worth the money, just persevere a short while to find the right place in your mouth to pop the pastille. Don't use the roof of your mouth, follow the instructions.

I have sleep apnea and use a cpap machine at night. Im a mouth breather at night so that plus cpap air all night equals very dry mouth in morning or waking up in the night panicking because I can't swallow cause my mouth is so dry.Didn't get on with dehumidifier attatched to cpap machine as made too much noise.These disc however were a game changer and I don't get any issues now.

I have suffered a lot with a dry mouth for the last 15 years and I have tied everything in that time. I have not found anything that works. Then I read about this product, and reading the reviews from other sufferers said it changed their lives. So I thought I would give it a go. Well, I am sorry, but I still haven't found anything. This product just hasn't worked for me. I just can't get any relief. I could not get the tablet to stick onto my gums I have persevered for over a week now, and I gave up on them now! . Just a waste of time.
