This multi-purpose ointment has been a gentle and effective product used in my house for over 20 years. It is so useful when treating diaper rashes, cuts, dry skin, chapped lips, and it doesn’t burn when applied. I have been searching for something to moisten my hands which have been cracked, dry and ends up painful. I read that Vitamin D is good for dry skin, so I decided to give this product a try. Yep, it worked for me. I put it on before bed and the next morning, I could tell a difference. My hands were much softer and no where near as dry/cracked. I know this says it works as a skin protectant and even for diaper rash, but it has helped my hands a lot. It is a bit greasy…so a little goes a long way or you will be wiping some off if you use too much. This stuff works!!!

Only cream I use on my baby every day. Never had a diaper rash and it’s not white, thick and sticky like others. Buy it!

While this says it's meant for rashes, and chafed skin, this is also the stuff that's recommended for fresh tattoos, and it really helps with the healing process. Nice, and smooth application, not too mess, as long as you don't overdue how much is used. Easy to wipe off if you have to clean it off. Overall a great product to use to help heal certain things.

We use it almost daily with our baby!! works on diaper rash, cuts & scrapes, chaffing & soooo much more!! highly recommend! loved this wayyy more than the destin diaper rash cream!! destin is very white and pasty does not wipe off easily.. (this product goes on like vaseline smooth and easy)
