Do they come 2 in a pack ? Also do they have a rubber seal on them making them good to use out door ? Thanks

Yes they come in pairs and I did get rubber seals, so they are great for outdoor installations

Do these fit 10mm amount wire

Steel Wire Armoured (SWA) cable has an inner sheath over the conductors. "10mm amount" does not convey the diameter of the inner sheath by which you choose a cable gland. If your cable is 10sq.mm conductor then a 2 core or a 3 core would probably need a 20S (small bore) gland. A standard 20mm gland is suitable for a 10sq.mm 4 core cable.
