Great upgrade for my 2015 Ford Expedition
These manifolds are a higher quality than the OEM. When mine warped and broke a stud I decided on these. They install slightly different than the OEM as a way to use more of the available manifold bolts. They also have added heat sinks to help cool the studs. They came with installation instructions. I installed the manifolds 3 months ago and I am very happy with my purchase. This a grest fix for the 3.5 Ecoboost OEM manifolds. Since you have to remove the Turbos I recommend replacing the coolant line during the install 3 out of the 4 leaked so I had to pull the turbos back out to replace them. Other than that the installation was very smooth.

Good upgrade to fix a known FORD OEM problem
Put these on my truck after I found out ford doesn't believe in using all the lug stud holes. I, in fact, had an exhaust leak. Shocking. These utilize all the lug holes on the engine block and seals up nice. Rotomaster turbos fit nicely on these.

Much better than stock! Well made and designed.
Installed both sides, in 16 hours. Thanks to the previous reviews, these are well worth the purchase over stock. A couple of the tips for those installing. 1. The shop iron stud extractor is worth its weight in gold, over the two nut extraction method on the turbo stud removal. There's an 80% chance that your manifold bolt has something to grab onto to extract so this is well worth the investment. 2. The installation kit sold separately by BD, includes Ford parts and and would recommend. 3. As long as you have the manifolds off, spend the extra 15 minutes with your Dremel, and shave down the exhaust ports for better flow. 4. Pick up the AMS, or SPD turbo adapters, as these flow more exhaust and spool up quicker, the gaskets are matched to the larger sizes. 5. There are a number of YouTube videos on how to install, be careful with those hard water lines, and grease the o-rings before reentry. 6. Finally, if you don't have a lift or a creeper, save the packaging from the manifolds, it makes a great headrest on your jacked up front end, while you are removing your downpipe studs.

Great Product To Fix Ford’s Mistake
These have 11 bolts and the OEM part has 8. The holes are already drilled and tapped in the engine block. This means Fords tried to save 3 bolts for cost savings and charge you $3,000 to fix their poor design mistake. This kit is complete and parts are excellent!

Looks great and works great. You will need the turbo gaskets separately
Great kit. Parts look great. Not a fun job to do, especially on a Transit. These are the updated version, so it adds a couple more fasteners to the older models. Get you turbo install kit separately and coolant fittings for turbos, usually just coolant fittings on turbos only ones that leak. Good luck.

Way better quality than original.
Took about 4-6 hours per side with 3 broken studs but once you get to reassemble with these everything moves right along with perfect fit. Very nice product.

Great product
Definitely worth the upgrade to use all bolts intended for the manifolds. Ford should’ve never cheaper out on these from the factory but at least someone was smart enough to fix it.

Excellent Product, highly recommended!
This manifolds are awesome. The extra studs on these with the bigger bore works perfect with my Powermax turbos. I would give 5 stars but you do have to get yourself a small wire bore cleaner. When they spray the manifolds with the ceramic coating they don't clean out the bolt holes for the turbo to mount up. I didn't catch this the first tike I went to install and had to get a 2nd set set to me due the bolts got stuck halfway in and had to be cut out. Once you clean out the threads these go in without any issue at all. Took me by myself maybe 6 hours in my driveway using 2 floor jacks and 2 jack stands. Takes longer to remove the old ford oem junk. Also, this ad doesn't say but make sure you get the install kit. Doesn't have to be the BD Diesel, amazon has great prices on it all individually. Costs less than $100 for both sides. Coolant lines/fittings and new turbo mount bolts. You do need to loosen the AC compressor to get to the passenger coolant line but you do not need to remove, however, there is no way to get the AC belt off these without cutting it off, so you'll want to get as well.
