Best board I've bought so far
I got this board to fit my white themed PC. It came in a very premium box. Setup was easy, everything ran great after installing Windows. Haven't had any issues yet.It was a little weird that the product brand is "Asro" instead of Asrock. Must have been a typo right? Right?

Built my PC from scratch and this seller was excellent! Responsive and helpful with questions i had.

Does NOT accept 14th gen CPUs out of the box. Great looking motherboard otherwise.
I had to spend an extra $50 and 2 weeks wafting for a 12th gen Celeron to come in so that I could flash the BIOS to a current rev so that my 14700k would work. Both BIOS flashing and CPU swapping are not risk-free operations, so make sure you know what you are doing and have a spare 12/13th gen CPU lying around before purchasing for a 14th gen.

Open box not new
Sold me an open box purchased in June 2024. Motherboard had no anti static bag or warning seal. I spoke with ASRock and they told me to send it back. It’s not new

ASRock sent me an open box Taichi Carrera
I used to use ASRock MBs, back and forth with ASUS until an ASUS MBs came along that have more of the features I want.Fighting a year of instability, with multiple MBs and sets of RAM (which ended up being my very first Intel CPU to fail), I turned to the Taichi Carrera z790, and ordered through Amazon. ASRock themselves shipped directly to me an obviously opened box with some of the accessories not even wrapped, or in bags. I was unhappy.
