Stargazer Semi-Permanent Lip Stain Pen #03 Maroon Red

Bought this for my friend and asked her what she thought. Firstly she loves the colour, it is a really nice red that stains the lip and lasts all day. Friend applied it before 9am, went to work, ate lunch, drank coffee and met me at 5.30 and her lips were still red. Beware this product has staying power.

This is a gorgeous dark shade which glides on easily and neatly. It lasts for quite a while, including several cups of coffee, but after a couple of hours faded to a strange pink, so touch-ups are required. However, I only put one layer on so additional layers may help.Pros:Rich colour on application, easy to use, non-drying (lips felt lovely and soft after use). Left faint lip-mark on first cup of coffee, nothing afterwards.Cons:Fades to a horrid light pink. Touch-ups required.Overall the best lip stain I've used. If the faded colour wasn't quite so ugly this would be full five stars from me. Will buy again.

It's not as maroon as I hoped. It also doesnt seem very semi-permanent and I would suggest that if you intend to have a drink or eat I would take a handkerchief just to touch it up. I like it personally but people who are looking for a darker shade aren't going to be pleased.

Lovely bright colour, doesn't dry my lips out, long lasting.

While i like the application of the product, it is not the shade pictured, i wanted a darker colour and ended up with a bright red. Wouldnt byuy this brand again :(

Good strong pigment, and lasts well, but can go on a bit patchy

Didn't like this product at all. The colour is different from what is shown. You could used a permanent felt tip pen and get the same result.

I love these lip tint pens, they're amazing!
