High Quality Product
Well made by a brand I trust. Purchased as a gift for a soon to be EMT. Cuts through fabric like butter, although why you'd use scissors to cut through butter is beyond me. Just use a knife.Anyhoo, I would recommend getting a kydex holster for it. They're too heavy to hang off your belt or pocket using the clip. Better to have it secure when you're wrestling patients into the bus.

Heavy duty, excellent quality
I work in the emergency room and need to be able to cut clothes off. The scissors fold up and fit better in my pocket versus a large size shears. I have used them on several occasions and would recommend this to first responders or anyone working in health care.

Works great, solid construction with quality materials
High quality construction and materials. You can feel the heft and quality in your hand. The gripping teeth on the scissors perform well and exactly as designed when cutting fabric, far better than regular scissors. Pricey, but you get what you pay for - a high quality tool that will last in this case.

Great Shears
I bought them for for use at work. I've cut a variety of materials with no issues. It's the quality you would expect from a Leatherman product. At first, they seemed a bit bulky as they need to be kept in my pocket (carrying them in a sheath on my duty belt is not and option) but or the most part, I don't even notice they are there. I have not yet used the ring cutting function. When I use it I will update this review. That said, I think its a great product and I would recommend it.

An excellent product, over engineered and made right here is the USA with a 40 year warranty. Sure it is more expensive than the cheap made in china knock-offs, but Leatherman stands behind these shears with a 40 year warranty. They operate smoothly and the blades match perfectly.

Powerful
I live on a farm and do a lot of target shooting. Both of those can be dangerous so I have a fully loaded medical bag I keep near me at all times (I even throw it in the truck when traveling). These scissors are rugged and smooth to use. The only worry I have regarding them is someone taking them! Spend the extra dollars and get the proper tool.

Don't Worry About the Price and Get It
If you work in EMS, just get this one and save $20 over the more expensive version. I have both, and like this one better. They cut through anything you will need to cut, and have an oxygen wrench on the end.
