Compared to truvia, how good is it?

To state it has no aftertaste is misleading. It has an odd taste that starts when eating and lingers. I can't identify this effect its so odd but it does have a residual heat like a spice might have

OK to use for baking flapjacks?

I have used it in baking as it is heat stable. Doesn't give a weird taste to the food either!
