Very Difficult if you don't have the instructions!
I bought 4 of these, as I do every Christmas for my godson, and daughters (different puzzles of course), and this one by far is the most difficult one I've bought. The first one I tried, had one piece that kept sliding out of position so it wouldn't open, when I finally found that out, it opened fine. Closing it back up, I think was a little more difficult than opening it, because you have to remember where the pieces were before you moved them, the instructions tell where to move them, but not where they were. Also, a BIG NOTE, "THE INSTRUCTIONS DID NOT COME WITH THESE PUZZLES! ". That's why I didn't give it 5 stars. I had to go to the company's website to request a pdf for them, and they have a link to a video as well, which is easier than the printed version.Update, you don't have to remember where the pieces were to move them back, just go to the opposite of what the instructions say to, duh! 😁
