I bought this COBIZI 10x20 canopy for a school event, and it was perfect. It went up way easier than I expected — just needed three of us and we had it standing in no time. The frame feels really solid, definitely heavier-duty than most pop-up tents I’ve used before.We had some wind and light rain during the day, and it held up great. The water just rolled right off, and we never felt like it was going to budge. Tons of space underneath, too. Great for parties or events.It doesn’t come with sidewalls, but we didn’t need them anyway. The open setup worked well, and having the roller bag made moving it around way easier. Overall, I’d totally recommend this if you need a reliable tent for outdoor stuff.

Review pertains more to the seller. We purchased this tent for a graduation last year and it worked out great. A little heavy for moving around but as expected so it is sturdy.We stored the tent for about a year and set up again for a graduation. We had a burst of wind that caught the tent just right and toppled it over destroying some supports.I messaged the seller and they immediately asked for pictures of the damage. To my surprise, they messaged back and said the repair parts were on their way. We received the parts and were able to fix the tent like new. Great customer experience. Very much appreciated as this is not always the case.Thank you again.

Tent stakes, ropes, a wheeled storage case, patch and a couple of spare frame screws are included. You will also get 4 canvas bags for sand that can easily attach to the corner poles. Total weight is nearly 100 pounds.First time setup involves placing the huge canopy over the partially expanded frame. Attach it at the four corners with the already attached Velcro before continuing. One person setup is possible but takes awhile. At least two people is recommended for setup and takedown. One of the plastic clips that sets the height broke during setup so be careful with these. I had my foot on it to hold the leg down while opening the frame. Fortunately there is a metal pin under the plastic to securely set the desired leg height. This unit can accommodate uneven terrain up to about 6 inches.This canopy is sturdy and secure when installed according to the instructions. See the attached photos for more detail!

WORST PUECHASE EVER! Took me a while to write a review. Just my honest review it's one of the worst purchases I've made. It's not heavy duty at all. After some rain and wind it practically broke. After trying to fix it decides to return the product only ro find out that I had to pay the cost of the delivery which was 30% of the original price. The seller was not helpful when I reached out and didn't even bother to work with me. I've had it for less than 4 months and it's broken already I'm moving again and I can't take it. I would not buy it again honestly WASTE OF MONEY

Canopy is nice but canvas bag was not made well. Zipper broke the first time we pulled on it and the canvas tore sliding it in.Also it's heavy! Must be put up by 2 strong people. Do not buy if you are going to need it often.

I loved it. It's very good quality, perfect for any party. I love how easy it is to set up; just pull it up and open it. No assembly required. It takes two people, but because it's so big, it also comes with pins to secure it to the ground in case it's very windy, it's wind and rain resistance. I loved that it even comes with a storage bag, and the bag has wheels, which makes it very easy to transport. very easy to take down I definitely recommend it.

We were trying to rent a tent and non of the rental places had the size that we needed. This item was purchased for our Father’s Day cookout. It is a beautiful sturdy tent. I loved how it made our deck look. The coverage and height was just what we needed. Easy to put up and take down.

I have not yet put the tent up but am giving it one star for now. This may change after I assemble the tent. The instructions say in large bold letters that "THIS GAZEBO MUST BE SECURED TO THE GROUND WITH ANCHORS AND GUY ROPES." This is not apparent from any of the photos or videos on Amazon, where the ropes do not appear anywhere, and they are not mentioned in the description. We want to use this on a hard surface so anchors and ropes are not possible. None of the reviews that I have seen mention this either.After setting the tent up I'm changing my rating from one star to three. The tent seems to work fine. The instructions are a bit unclear, but we eventually figured it out. We used the tent on a hard surface and it didn't seem to matter that we didn't use the anchors or ropes because we didn't get much wind. The buckles that tighten the roof onto the frame are very cheaply made and I broke a few of them trying to close them. This didn't seem to matter much either.
