For my gymnast, more conditioning at home.
This was a request from my 11 yo competitive gymnast. Was going to try to build a stall bar at first but this was much was easier and not much more expensive than starting from scratch. It was easy to put together with a screw gun. It has a lightly finished surface which will keep it cleaner. It fit well on our wall and avoided the baseboard. The hardware that came for attaching to the wall was worthless - 2 screws sheared off immediately. It needed 4 long screws to attach the wood cross pieces to the studs and some good drywall anchors and screws to attach the metal brackets. It seems fairly sturdy. It is not tall enough for my 200 lb husband to do much on but can hang on it just fine. We put it in the hallway across from a door and that works well.

Sturdy!
Bought this for my teenager with scoliosis. We were able to attach it to the wall behind her door and it is very sturdy. We did buy some 1"x2"s to screw into the studs and then attached the ladder to these, since the ladder was not the exact width needed to go directly into the studs in the wall. I can hang on it easily with my 140lb. frame and it feels very strong. Highly recommend!

don’t use the hardware
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use the hardware that comes with this. You will waste a lot of time and end up having to take an extra trip to the hardware store anyway to find a workaround. The anchors that came with this don’t work typical US construction style (drywall on studs) and the screws break when torqued.

Great for Schroth Physical Therapy!
The way the directions said to secure the "ladder" to the wall was totally inadequate--any weight on the ladder would have pulled the screws out of the drywall very quickly. I wanted not to worry about that happening. Therefore, we screwed 2X4s into 3 studs--the width of the latter allows for that since studs are 16" apart. Then we attached the ladder to the 2X4s, using the screws that came with the ladder. That ladder is secured tight to the wall--it will never come down unless we want it to. Note: The bars aren't that sturdy--they bend with only a little weight applied.

Instructions not complete
Sturdy product. I gave 4 stars because the instructions were not complete and I literally was like how in the world are 2 wooden dowels going to hold this together???? After basically putting the product together I used the leftover pieces to basically put a puzzle together to figure out how to hold it together. So if you are looking for the rest of the instructions please see my photos for the completion of your product.Other than the incomplete instructions I did note that one side doesn’t align fully. It’s not terrible and it won’t cause issues with use but it just looks a little off to me.

Not worth money
Just installed this and I am very disappointed. First of all it was not sturdy to the wall with the equipment that was given. I had to add extra screws for security. My daughter is 77 pounds and when she hangs from the top bar I can see it sagging. I’m afraid to have older girls hang on it in fear that it will snap. So I guess I waisted my money because I don’t feel safe having my students hang from the bars

Great customer service
So mine came missing a rung, but I contacted customer service and they helped me out. They were fast with their response and helped solve my issue. Putting it together wasn’t that bad, the directions aren’t great, but it’s not super complicated to begin with. I absolutely love these stall bars. Compared to other ones I looked at, these are a great value. I’m a very small person (5’ 1” and <110 lbs) so I feel safe on them. We did make some adjustments to installing them to ensure all points are in wall studs for safety.

The review I needed to know before I purchased
I should send back for a refund to be completely honest but I kind of want to see how well this thing will work and for how long?!First, key peaces don’t lineup see pic. All hardware was in one large bag that had a hole in it.Directions for putting two leaves together are not in directions and I also had hardware not listed in directions but as you can see in pic I figured it out not to bad there. Wood dos appear to be of better quality then I would expect for all the other fails. Holds to fit the barres are a bit to big so it’s a loose fit that make me think this will not last long.
