Q: I use a Quantum Edge motorized chair and am looking for a belt to keep my feet and legs from sliding off the foot rests.Would this belt work for that?

The belt has to be permanently attached to the chair, so not sure it would work down around the foot rests!

Q: is it a bolt on seat belt?

This belt only fastens to the wheelchair frame at the back screw that holds the wheelchair seat cloth to the frame. It is ONLY to secure a person to the chair. Undo the screw, align hole in belt to hole in frame and secure screw through the belt and the wheelchair seat.

Q: Does this buckle in the middle? Most have a short side that makes it difficult to fish out when somdeone it sitting in the chhair. I need one designed

No it doesn't fasten in the middle however I purchased it for an adult with disabilities .very strong for the price.

Does it come with the seat belt extender automatically or do you have to order it separately?
