Does this use molasses? Does it say if the molasses are unsulphured?

Dark Brown Sugar is a standard of identity which does not require a separate ingredient listing of molasses. Yes, organic molasses is part of this product and it is unsulphured.

How do you store this?

I encased it within a plastic canister because I noticed that, as an organic product with no preservatives, it ended to harden upon opening even after resealing the bag. The canister kept it soft and usable.
