This product is well constructed and is perfect .It holds 2 sticks of butter and is super easy to use as well as being appealing to the eye i highly recommend this product .

Please be advised that this is not a ceramic product, but made of white enamelware. However, its very nicely finished and does the job. The bamboo lid looks snug and the attached knife has a ceramic handle.It's stronger than ceramic (I broke 2 ceramic butter dishes already, hence this purchase). The only downside I can see is that I cannot pop this into the microwave any longer to melt/soften the butter.

Just what we were looking for. Holds at least a half pound of butter, doesn’t break when the kids drop it off the counter, easy to clean and looks nice. The seal comes off the lid to allow thorough cleaning as well.

This butter dish is wonderful, it is a nice addition to your kitchen. Although I read some reviews before purchasing, the product I received is airtight and keeps the real butter at a spreadable temperature. Although there is no handleon the top, the lid is thick enough, 1/4”-3/8”, you can safely pick up the lid without your fingers ending up in butter and having to clean lid each time you use it. Washes and stores well, holds about 1/2# of butter.

Looks great and works for what it’s intended to do and that it holds my butter . I like the little knife that it came with , it’s a nice touch . It’s also made well and large enough to fit all types of butter .

I've only had it a week but I absolutely love it. I normally buy Kerry gold butter in the big brick and this fish accommodates it just fine. I'm also one that can't stand having hard cold butter that just shreds your bread. I've grown up leaving a stick of butter on the counter as we do live in a colder climate which even with the furnace running, in winter, the butter is rock hard. Not as bad as pulling it out of the refrigerator but we leave the butter out on the counter. This butter dish is exactly what I was looking for. I've tried those butter crocks where you fill it with water and that I felt had some negatives to using it. I didn't care for those. This dish so far is just perfect for my needs. Love it and it's cute too, with the little butter knife that cradles on the top of the cover.
