Best Buy for a lunchbox
The Bentgo lunch box is a game-changer for meal prep and packing! Its compartmentalized design is incredibly practical, keeping different foods separate and fresh – no more soggy sandwiches next to fruit. The leak-proof seals are a huge plus; I've never had a spill, even with saucier items. It's also surprisingly durable and easy to clean. Perfect for kids and adults alike who want organized, fresh lunches on the go. Highly recommend!

Great Lunchbox—Durable, Leak-Proof, and Kid-Friendly
This is a fantastic lunchbox for my young child. It’s absolutely leak-proof and has held up wonderfully over the past year. We were so impressed that we bought a second one, allowing us to prepare one lunch after dinner while the other is in the dishwasher. The container is easy for kids to open but secure enough to stay closed, even when bouncing around in a backpack. It’s durable and has a drop-proof design, which is perfect for young kids. The portion sizes are ideal for ages 2 to 7, and the five compartments make it easy to pack a variety of foods. One minor wish is that I could purchase just a second insert to swap out, especially since, despite the advertising, the outer container doesn’t seem to be dishwasher safe. However, this doesn’t detract much from its overall quality and convenience.Overall, we really like this lunchbox and highly recommend it to other parents looking for a durable and kid-friendly option.

Yumbox bentgo lunchbots pottery barn lunch box?
Yumbox bentgo lunchbots pottery barn lunch box? after reading so many reviews - I decided to purchase all of the following for my 5yro son going into kindergarten and 3yro daughter who wants to be like her brother). After almost a year of using all of these I pick yumbox. Leakproof and food doesn't go into other compartments - leaving the child to not want to eat his lunch.I have these lunch boxes:1) lunchbots:Pro: has 4 deep compartments and small for small kids and fits well with a juice box in a lunch bag, Stainless steel - no plastic concerns.Con: leaks from compartment to compartment sometimes tofu, ham etc leaks to the other side and doesn't keep cheese moist - dries out. 2 pieces and my son somehow looses the lid at school? About $25 each.2) bentgo:Pro: doesn't slip, one piece, plenty of pockets, keeps my cheese nice and moist, and my yogurt doesn't leak. Has a little ledge so My son (5yro) can hold down the box and open. easy to open two clips, sturdy container that doesn't move on the table (a plus!), Easy to remove and wash, fun for kids. Cute colors.Cons: pockets not deep. the way it's divided doesn't work well for us. Plastic concerns. Looks old after a few uses. A bit big but fits most lunch bags- kind of tight to put a juice box but doable. hard to pull open but my son got it after one time of me showing him. It has a little ledge where he can hold it down and lift the lid with his other had. My 3yro got it to open after the 3rd time. It's expensive and if you prepare meals at night you have to remember to wash it early so it drys in time. if not purchase a second set but it gets expensive. You can purchase just the inside tray for $8 but then the cheese and fruits gets dried and icky. I have seen it on Groupon for the last 2 years so that's a possibility to save money.3) yumbox:Pro: one piece, plenty of pockets, Deep six compartments, easy to open clips and easy to close, leak proof, sturdy container, Easy to remove and wash, fun for kids. Cute colors, and they enjoy the pictures inside.keeps my cheese nice and moist, and my yogurt doesn't leak.Cons: Was harder for my daughter (3yro) to open because it slips and no ledge so he can hold down to open. The inside tray sticks to the top often. Slips around the table and of course plastic concerns- especially since I make lunches 2days at a time. It's about $30/box and I have seen it typically has a sale of 10-15% once a year.4) pottery barn stainless steel bento box 2015 model:Pro: nice deep compartments and stainless steel - no plastic concerns. Comes with spoon and fork and has its own compartment.Con: leaks from compartment to compartment sometimes tofu, ham etc leaks to the other side and doesn't keep cheese moist. Large! Largest of all bento (adult size- thinking to give to husband to use)! Very hard for 3yro and 5yro to open. It cost me $60 but you get a bag with it.5) fun Disney character plastic lunch box:Pro: super cute and kids love it! It's also cheap and replaceable.Cons: plastic concerns, 2pieces and we always loose the lid or bottom, i have to pack a few of these for the different foods and he doesn't get to all of them to eat. Lots of washing lids and bottoms.Pros:Cons: slippery on the table and hard to pull open. My son had to hold it in the side to peel it open and all of the food got mixed up. My 3yro can't get it to open sometimes - or when she does food is everywhere, It's expensive and if you prepare meals at night you have to remember to wash it early so it drys in time. if not purchase a second set but it gets expensive. You can purchase just the inside tray for $6 but then the cheese and fruits gets dried and icky.
