What type of battery does the remote take?

How do I change the timer ?

Turn on the square unit first. When you turn on the remote on button unit, the time registers 15 minutes. After you have turned on the remote, hold the on/off button down for at least 3 seconds and the timer will register 30 minutes. Those are the only 2 options, 15 or 30 minutes. Then press the + button to give more intensity.

Does the unit vibrates?

The unit doesn’t vibrate. It sends electrical impulses to the muscles which stimulates them making them expand and contract which gives you a massage like feeling.
