Fits well in my ear
The earpiece fits well in my ear and after I got it adjusted the sound is just right. I use it for my tinnitus when I watch tv. It allows me to turn down the volume on the tv so it's not so loud for others.

it was a waste of money for me
I'm really sorry to say , it was a waste of money for me. I could barely hear and so I'm going for the Blue one, I realize this is only a temporary fix , until I can get a hearing aid. My deafness came in two days??!? Bob SheetsSay

Bigger than it looks
Bought for mom until she can get proper hearing aids. Works beautifully to help her hear conversation so she feels more confident HOWEVER it sticks out of one's ear so far that many friends & strangers have stopped her to say "your hearing aid is falling out" so yes, sticks out of one's ear A LOT farther than pictured but it does the job while shes waiting for her hearing aids & makes her more comfortable & confident so its worth the $30
