I sent this product as a gift and when it arrived (my parents are very old) they were disappointed because they thought it contained no brownies. I had no way of knowing, and so tried to contact customer service to get more information - such as whether the wrong product had been sent, or if there was another box coming. But there is no way to talk to anyone. That is unfortunate. I connected with an Amazon bot which immediately offered to refund my money. And since I could not talk to anyone, and in light of the expressed disappointment from the recipients, I took advantage of it. But then, a day later, a visitor to my parents' home dug deeper into the box and found that the brownies were at the very bottom, and he states they are delicious. I now feel terrible because this product is awesome. And I cannot reach out to them and get their money to them. So, I am writing this review to let everyone know. The cookies and brownies are truly excellent. The only downside is that there is no way to talk to anyone in customer service if you need to.

I sent David’s Cookies to my grandmother in her nursing home, and they were an absolute hit. She called me right away to say how delicious they were—fresh, flavorful, and just the right texture. She’s been commenting on the taste ever since, and it genuinely brought her joy to receive something so thoughtful and indulgent. It’s not easy to find gifts that feel personal and comforting from afar, but these cookies did exactly that. I’m so glad I chose them, and I’ll definitely be sending more.

The products are great, but the shipping is terrible.They shouldn't use UPS because they never deliver.When it's supposed to be delivered, I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering from them again.No matter how much I love them

I have sent these as gifts and the feedback was positive. Given this I ordered some for myself. I was disappointed the moment I opened the tin. The top tray only had cookies in 3 of the 4 sections. The 4th section had a few pieces of broken cookies and crumbs. I tried one immediately, the double chocolate chunk. It was dry and broke apart in my hand. The cookies, although dry and had little taste, were edible but my local grocery has much better cookies. For 55.00 I expected awesome, what I got was a shoulder shrug and "since I can't return them I might as well eat them" The brownies were only slightly better because at least one flavor, the chocolate chocolate chip, was moist. The rest were dry. I will not buy these again. Heads up, there wasn't any freshness dating so you'll have no idea how old they are.

These cookies are great. They stay fresh for a long time and they are individually packaged, so it’s easy to pack them for lunch and stuff.Soft, tasty and smell great!Definitely recommend you try them at least once. Maybe isn’t a consistent purchasable item, but every once in a while for sure.

In the picture and description this box of goodies looks perfectly yummy. Well in real life it is somewhat different. First the can is sturdy and worth reusing. When I openned the can my first reaction was “who ate a good portion of the baked goods.”. The picture shows them overflowing. I am sure the weight is accurate but the can is about one third empty. Okay so how are the goodies? The sizes are variable, not necessarily bad. None were fresh. Some were almost fresh (crumb cakes). Some of the brownies were bone dry and could easily made into brownie crumbs. They allTasted great. This could have been a gourmet treat. It turned out to be something you might expect to find in the bargain bin. Sorry I really wanted them to be better than.they were. Quality control may be to blame!

OMG. I don’t know about the cookies but those brownies are FIRE. I usually don’t create reviews but this was worth it.
