Helpful product
I have a painful lesion on my sole that makes it very difficult to walk. This pad has been very effective at distributing my weight away from the lesion, so I can walk more comfortably. The adhesiveness lasts through the day, but it will lose its adhesiveness after showering.

Stick well. Padding is thick enough to be comfortable and doesn’t compress too much. Hole can be trimmed to fit
