Amazing bit of kit….
It still amazes me how a small battery pack can deliver such a punch of power to start a car. Have already used it to start a diesel Mini and a Fiat 500. It works by giving a huge power boost to the battery/starter motor for several seconds which under normal circumstances is enough to start the car, if it doesn’t start then the power is cut and after a short time you can try again. You can do this several times on a single charge however if there is a fault with the car such as lack of fuel then it won’t help. So if it’s just a flat battery then it will work a treat. I’ve now bought second unit so we’ve got one in each car. It’s also very useful for charging a dead phone or finding your way in the dark with the built in torch, would definitely recommend

Well what can I say is I use it once and it did not work for me so I put it away I don't know if that was what I wanted I keep it for another time

works on EVs. jump started my 12v battery in seconds.
I own an EV and I heard that at some point, my 12v battery will let me down with no prior notice, and I decided to get the Gooloo for when it will come to that. After few months of owning it I finally put it to a test as I woke up to a flat battery. In few seconds after connecting it, I was ready to go. Great device to have in the boot, not sure how long will the battery last without being used though.

Worked first time, zero hassle
I bought this because I needed to jump-start my car, with a battery that I'd accidentally run flat. The car electrical systems were working but not enough charge to start the motor. Small car, engine is 1.6L petrol. Used this and it worked first time - took just a few seconds. I assume this will be reliable for quite some time if maintained properly. (If not, I'll update my review in the future)

Buy something else
Rubbish. Jumped my 2.5l van once but never worked again. Doesn't even hold charge to be able to charge phones when going camping. Really not worth the money
