Schar has become the best GF
Getting harder and harder to buy Schar bread locally so I’m relegated to ordering online. Just came across the crumbs and thought I would give them a try. I made oven fried GF chicken. Turned out great in stove and in air fryer - will buy again.

Best gluten free breading!
Doesn’t get better than this! It has always been my favorite breading and I’m always trying new ones I find. It’s so yummy, fries really well and stays on.
