Q: There's lot of bad reviews on customer support. How is the service & support in chennai? (Question coz of 10 years warranty)

It’s really bad… warranty stands for nothing… bought mine in November 2022 and have had to service it 3 times… have called the gas company and then they’ve done it. Whirlpool refuses to come.
