24hrs after application.My grass was not growing after overseeding and ferterlizing, the soil needed a boost and I saw immediate results after applying this product. My grass starter to germinate 12hrs after applying and now at 24 hrs I have germination all around! Great product, highly recommend if your grass has gone dormant or your seeds aren't germinating

Simple Lawn Care is simply one of the strongest liquid fert. companies on the market. They produce excellent and unique fertilizers that serve a specific purpose in an easy to use and refill applicator. This particular one limits the Nitrogen and loads on the Phosphorus and Potassium. I'm in year 2 of a lawn restoration project and testing your soil is critical. Coming into the Spring, I am surprisingly light on the P,K and that can be a huge pain. There's no point in hammering N and Fe if the yard can't accept the nutrients. So a balance is important. Especially phosphorous as its critical to root growth and spring fill with KBG. This single source application allows me to target specific areas in my lawn and avoid any potential run-off. (P runoff very bad). Applied this End of March and lawn instantly woke up and looks June amazing already. I will hit it again at 28 days.

This stuff is great. I am a new home owner. I have never had a lawn before. My builder laid brand new turf and within a few months it was had brown all over. The new grass on top was green but the roots were brown. I used this stuff on 2/21 and again 4 weeks later. This is what my lawn now looks like. It’s slowly coming alive & I am so happy.

I have used the non-fertilizer lines from Simple Lawn before. I was also nervous about using a liquid fert because honestly I didn't want to burn my lawn. But I man-ed and I bought the Ultimate product as well as the Superior Nitro and Potash. In my head I was basically going to use both at the same time to archive a starter fertilizer style product on some new seed in my backyard. I did my first application the day after receiving and to my surprise the bottles were really easy to use. I felt comfortable with the flow rate as well as the fan pattern your bottles generate. I did by my calculations a complete application on about 1900 sqft, so basically half the bottle. This was being applied right as my Perennial Rye was starting to break ground. I watered per my usual schedule after applying the two products and my Rye has taken off well, really well. two days ago I did another application of each, so I could achieve again my 18-18-18. I shook the bottles up, hooked them and sprayed out the remaining product. No leaks or clogs with the hose end bottles. Again easy to use and I was impressed. Overall I have now used 4 of your products. The 3 referenced in the order and the Humic acid product. I am more than happy with the performance!!! I have a cool season lawn in Central Indiana. My front and side yards were sodded by the builder with Kentucky bluegrass grown from Jonathan Green seed. My backyard I overhauled completely this month. I used the Jonathan Green Kentucky Bluegrass, Perennial Rye and Turf Type Tall fescue. I mixed the TTTF and KBG to see who would thrive in my backyard as I don't have full sun entirely through the day, only till noon.
