What is the diameter at the top of the 4 ounce?

The diameter of the top of the pot is 90mm, the bottom is 60mm, and they are 80mm tall. I hoet this helps. I originally bought them to make Kulfi.

Can I use these for pouched eggs on my “nostalgia my mini egg cooker”? Thank you.

I don't have the mini egg cooker but I just looked at it on Amazon. I would think these would work great. I have the 1.5oz cups. Cracked an egg in one of those and the whites run over a bit. The 2.5 oz should be perfect size.
