We bought this back in 2021. It’s gone on several trips with us, sleepovers, and more. It is way more convenient and space efficient to pack instead of a pack n play. Kids sleep well on the air mattress. Bumpers on the mattress work well for younger kiddos. We took it to a sleepover a week or so ago, and for the first time the mattress & bumper didn’t hold their inflation. I was planning to repurchase immediately (we’ve recommended the product to many people over the years) when I noticed the “lifetime guarantee” print on the mattress. Reached out to Hiccapop. It was very quick and efficient. Their customer service team was easy to work with, and we just got replacement parts from Hiccapop in the mail today. I bought two hiccapop inflatable beds over 6 years ago. One of the mattresses developed a small pinhole and would not stay inflated. I contacted customer service to see if I could purchase a replacement mattress and they said, no, no - we'll send you one for free. They asked me to send a picture of the hole and if the hole was too small to see, to take a pair of scissors to the mattress and make the hole bigger for the express purpose of not sending the damaged mattress back. Talk about customer service! They shipped me out a replacement mattress right away.On top of that, these mattresses are great. My kids are 7 and 9 and still using them. Granted, my kids are on the short side and this may be the last comfortable go for my 9 year old, but we have gotten our money's worth out of these guys. Oh, and I have used the pump that comes with the mattress to blow up ALL kinds of things!

Durable, long-lasting, easy to store and pack up, my kids love sleeping on it. And AMAZING customer service.We bought this a few years ago and use it for one of our kids every time we travel. It has help up really well for at least three years with a lot of use. And my kids jump on it and wrestle too.On a recent trip a couple small holes were causing it to leak air slowly so my son would end up on the ground by the middle of the night.I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly. Asked me to send some pictures of the hole and within a day or two or sending those pics I received notification that a replacement was in the mail.Highly recommend!

Inflatable bed/mattress. Excellent product and quite remarkable customer service. I have two of these; one was a gift from several years back. That one's mattress began to leak but I could not find the hole. I noticed on the mattress that it says it has a lifetime guarantee, so i called/emailed on a Saturday. Within two hours I had a response, giving me simple instructions for getting a replacement mattress. The replacement arrived within a very few days. The children (my grandchildren) who have slept on these Hiccapop beds have been very happy with them, and I am now very happy with Hiccapop. Good job Hiccapop!

I can’t recommend this product enough! I bought this for my 2 1/2 year old but my 4 year old loved it too so I had to get a second one. So easy to inflate, great quality, fits easily into the carrying bag. The best part is the customer service! We needed a replacement for one part of it and it was so easy to request a replacement! They sent it out immediately with just a 5 minute phone call and a quick email with photos.

We ordered this bed in fall 2022 in anticipation of a family trip where we needed a safe place for our two year old to sleep. He was too big for a pack and play, but too small for a regular bed. So many beds in vacation rentals are higher off of the ground and most don’t have carpet. This bed gave us peace of mind that our little one was both safe and comfortable.Fast forward to spring of 2025, there was a leak with the mattress value. I reached out to Hiccapop figuring they probably wouldn’t actually honor the lifetime warranty 2.5 years later. Much to my surprise, their customer service was top notch. Within two days, our new mattress is on its way. We’ve always loved Hiccapop products (also check out the travel high chair), but will absolutely recommend them in the future without hesitation after our great customer service experience!

I have 2 of these toddler beds. They are great for travel and my kids are excited to use them. They fold up small and inflate really quickly. I like that I can adjust the firmness and my kids seem to sleep well enough on them. The pump is super easy to use as well. I haven't had an issue with holes or damage. One bed that I purchased had a small defect (valve for inflating the mattress didn't function) and the manufacturer had a fast response with an easy solution to right the issue.

Got this for our toddler because she’s too big for a pack n play when we travel. She loves it, it’s comfy and the bumpers keep her contained. The mattress and sides pack small and inflate quickly. Customer service also gets 5 stars. When the bumpers stopped holding air after one use, they quickly responded to my email and sent a replacement. When I had a follow up issue with the replacement (user error not product) they quickly replied with step by step instructions and a video.
