Using it for 4 months now. The water quality is still high. Its maintaining the pH above 8. A bit expensive but worth the price.

Perfect result found after installation of the cartridge.

The product was easy to install and was sent with two connectors and one PH tester.Output water PH increased from 7.0 to 9.0, while I maintained the TDS to 150.Initially as instructed, I drained around 10 ltrs of water.

Not worth
product worked only for 6 to 7 months , post that alkaline levels are normal. Product should improve in its life .

Worth the price
I have got the kit replaced after 2 years after started using the new one which came along with the Purifier. KNL support is very responsive and they guided me to get the right replacement kit based on the Tap water TDS and arranged the installation on time.
