I am taking this once a day. This has wonderful health benefits as well. This is so worth the price. This awesome product is helping me a lot with yeast infections. This is so easy to take. High quality and easy to swallow. I don't taste it. I gave my mother this years ago and it helped with ankle swelling and circulation. No effect on sleep quality noted.

are these are amazing. The pill is small and is way better than taking the extracts since you don't taste anything. What you see on the label is what you're getting. It's burdock root. I like taking it at night after maybe a few drinks or not eating as well as I could because by the morning, I feel pretty good. It definitely cuts down on any swelling and information in the body. extra boost for the men... blood gets to where it's got to be much better. my wife is a fan lol. keep in mind burdock root definitely creates the urge to go to the bathroom more often than you normally would. if you need to detox or reset or whatever, this is something you should definitely have on hand. all natural and not too expensive at all. I highly recommend!

Someone recomended it for my rosacea. It has helpled reduce the infalammtion by half and it has not been a month since I started with it.

I'm not so quite sure any vitamin and or supplements works anymore because there are so much artificial ingredients in the all. So a person would have to be taking them for years to actually see a difference.
