Finally....Gluten Free Pie Crust!
This GF pie crust mix works very well. I found only that I had to add much more water than the instructions recommend, about three or four times more, in order to get the dough to the consistency of pie crust dough. Then I chill it and it rolls out on a floured (GF, of course!) board with a wooden rolling pin (my favorite) just perfectly. Everyone who has eaten my pies made with this crust mix has been impressed.

Nice GF crust
This is a much better product than any frozen, pre-made GF pie crust. It was enjoyed by all. It takes a little effort, but really not much. I rolled it out a bit thicker. I recommend rolling out on waxed paper for easier transfer to a pie plate. I would probably always at least partially bake or almost fully bake before filling it. I’ve baked both savory (quiche) and sweet chocolate. I haven’t tried a fruit pie. Because I couldn’t find this in the grocery store and I often need to bake for family members who have celiac disease, the quantity of boxes offered was good for me. It had a soft, sort of flakiness and great flavor.

Love King Arthur Gluten free products. This pie crust is a life saver. And delish.

3 months till expiration!!
I love this gluten free pie mix, however this last order arrived with only 3 months until it's expired! Why sell a case of product and with such a short expiration date? Typically I have found this product with at least a year until it expires. Looks like this must not have been rotated properly. And it's not cheap!!

Flaky Crust
This gluten free pie crust mix is very easy to work with and makes a nice flaky crust. You won’t be disappointed.

This is amazing product. Order a case of GF!
Use your mini-cusinart. Use cold, cold butter. Blend in flour slowly. Use Pulse first. Then add water. So fast, so easy. Roll in-between round 10 in parchment papers. Freeze . Lay it over your pie plate'dish and it will thaw right into place. Some remedy pressing may be needed. Do same thing with top crust. Freeze, put on top of pie, let it thaw into place. Finally, pinch the edges. These ideas are not on the box. Yum!

Not sealed properly.
3 of the 6 boxes were not sealed correctly so I now have flour all over my kitchen and myself.

Best ever!!!
You can't tell it is gluten free!! I made homemade pigs in a blanket with this and my whole extended family was soooo surprised they were GF!! SUPER SUCESS!!!
