Q: Can this still be used if you have a triple tree phone mount?

I do believe you can use the stand and not have to remove your triple tree phone mount. This stand is installed at the bottom/underneath the triple tree. All the phone mounts I've seen mount from the top of triple tree. So you should be good to go.

Q: Where are the directions

I didn't find any directions/instructions with my purchase. I thought it was a odd but they forgot to add them. I did use the pictures on the box and other online pics to figure out how to assemble.

Q: Will this fit buell xb9 ?

I have a 1997 Buell S3T and it works fine. I suspect it will work on yours.
