I sleep on my back sometimes, and sometimes on my side. I was waking up with a stiff neck, so time for a new pillow. After research (how many listings does Amazon have for pillows?), I ordered this in the Queen size. After the first night, my neck and shoulders didn't hurt. Really. After about a week, the pillow did seem a little stiff for side sleeping. The pillow has a small, removable oval of foam on the back side, which I removed according to instructions that came with it. The neck support was softer after that, and I am very pleased with the pillow. There is a travel size that is intriguing (avoid huge, hard hotel pillows). It might be suitable if you had the luggage space, but not for traveling with a backpack or carry-on. Anyway. This pillow has made my sleep better and I'd buy it again.

I bought this pillow in 2023 for my 5 year old daughter that was born with almost her entire cervical spine fused. My daughter is 7 now and will not go anywhere without it. Very durable, firm, comfortable. Great for back and side sleepers. She no longer wakes up with neck discomfort. You can remove a piece inside to adjust your sleep preference and head/neck support. The pillowcase is breathable, easy to remove and clean, with a durable zipper. I do like to cover the pillow with an additional silk pillowcase for protection, to prevent skin damage, and healthy hair but my daughter prefers the original pillowcase. I will be replacing this one soon only bc ALL pillows should be replaced within 2 years.

I’ve never given a review for Amazon but I’ve been dealing with neck pain that causes tension headaches (probably due to sleeping with a flat pillow and work stress) and tingling on my head for a while now and I thought nothing could make it go away. I caved and bought this pillow on prime day and I swear I have not felt the neck or head pain ever since. I feel so good when I wake up and don’t have that throbbing feeling anymore.

I love this pillow. It has solved my neck pain and I'm getting the best sleep ever. The pillow height is perfect and the shape cradles my head the way it should. I never have to wake up at night and reposition it since the density holds its shape, yet it's soft at the same time. I tried a few before I found this one and I knew as soon as I unpacked it I had a winner. It didn't keep a strange crease down the middle like so many of them do after shipping, but most importantly it had zero odor. When we went on vacation I brought it with me because I knew I wasn't going to sleep the same without it. I bought the pillow last November, and after several months of use, it's still like new.The best thing about the pillow is it resolved my neck pain. I'm still rather young, but not as young as I used to be. I kept waking up with awful neck pain and at one point, I couldn't even turn my head. My Doctor told me I needed to switch my pillow because, after an MRI, they couldn't see any cause for concern. So, as I said earlier, I tried a few. They were either, too hard, too tall, too soft, an odd shape, etc... Then I found this one and it turned out to be perfect. My neck pain has totally resolved itself. I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning. Also, when I lay in bed at night and watch TV, the pillow props up nicely and gives enough support for me to see the TV comfortably.Lastly, for us side sleepers who want to put an arm underneath the pillow, it works wonderfully for that as well. I've found myself perfectly comfortable going from my back to my side. I highly recommend this pillow, and if you've already tried multiple memory foam pillows and none of them satisfied, get this pillow! You won't regret it!

I brought this pillow for myself in my new place. It is super amazing and incredible! This pillow does its magic. I have been looking for a pillow that is soft, cushy, snug to my neck and shoulders. This is very good neck pain support, so comfy, elastic. It holds the contours of the head and neck, distributing weight evenly, relieving pressure, and helping with neck and back pain. This can also help with a better night’s sleep and a feeling of well restedness. Just one night sleeping on this pillow, I will definitely feel the improvement of my neck pain, it does take away the ache and agony of sleeping in one side or straight up only. This has become my pillow ever since and will not exchange this to any memory pillow at all. I got such a good night’s sleep. I don’t find it overly firm; I find it perfect for me. I really like the pillow!

At first, I was pretty bummed that the ZAMAT pillow I got wasn't eco-friendly like I thought. I always try to find that option, so not sure how this one slipped. I was almost ready to send it back, but something made me give it a shot. And you know what? I'm actually glad I did.Despite the polyester cover that didn't align with my eco-friendly hopes, this pillow is seriously comfy. I've been dealing with neck pain forever, but this thing's adjustable design and memory foam make a huge difference. No matter how I sleep - on my side, back, or stomach - it supports me just right. It's like it knows where I need the most help!Sure, I wish the cover was more planet-friendly, but the fact that it's washable is a plus for keeping it clean.If they ever switch to eco materials, this pillow would be even more awesome. But for now, the comfort it gives me totally outweighs my hang-up about the cover. If you want a pillow that's a game-changer for neck pain and doesn't mind the material bit, this one's worth considering.
