Several times per night would have to go to bathroom, that ended within first two weeks of taking only one pill per day! Now I only go once per night. Additionally less trips over all during the day, complete emptying. No I don’t urinate like a racehorse nor did stream get much stronger however I have more complete emptying when I do go. I also like that it does not contain other vitamins, I already take a multivitamin. Now, this is big, I am 61 and things have been getting hit or miss in the bedroom, after starting this supplement it’s always a grand slam and extra innings totally unbelievable!!! Love this stuff!

I've been taking this for a week. By the third day it reduced my nighttime trips to, um, liquidate my assets, from about every 2 to 2 1/2 hours to 3 to 3 1/2. I hope it does even better with more time, but even if this is as good as it gets it's still progress, and so far at least without any side effects.

My husband has been using plant sterols for a couple of years because his doctors were a little concerned with his cholesterol numbers. He tried statins, but had the terrible muscle wasting and severe pain side effects to such a degree that they wanted him to get MRIs and other testing done. Doctors refused to believe it was the statins, but once he discontinued taking them and began supplementing with CoQ10, the pain disappeared and the muscles in his arms came right back. Even in the face of this evidence, they were still constantly after him to go back on the statins! I'm not sure how much his cholesterol numbers reduced when he began plant sterols, but he no longer complains when coming home from doctor visits and makes sure I keep him supplied. I've purchased this brand for him four times; it's a good price and seems to do the job for him. Also, he's in his early 60s and has no prostate issues, so taking these may be helping him maintain there as well.

I have BPH and I don't like taking the prescription medications so I take Nature's Craft Beta-Sitosterol to help keep my prostate healthy and reduce the frequency of my urinary bathroom trips. I find this product works well as long as you take it every day and at least 250 mg per day is enough to maintain a healthy prostate. After a month or two you should see a reduction in daytime and nighttime urgent urinary bathroom trips depending on the severity of your prostate condition. My BPH symptoms got very bad before I started taking this supplement and I was prescribed two different medications by my physician but they have very undesirable side effects. I am very pleased with Nature's Craft Beta-Sitosterol and I'll continue to use it to help keep my prostate healthy.

I am a woman with urinary problems...easy UTIs, urgency, frequency, little flow etc. I suppose some of you know what I am talking about especially when you start timing your day as to where/when you'll be "going". I'm not a medicine-taker so I've used homeopathic solutions to all these problems and supplements like D-Mannose and Cran-Max with uva ursi and dandelion tea. Recently I was experiencing another "bout" with urgency and little flow and decided that something must be missing...something which can help me more. Then I found beta sitosterol! I queried "beta sitosterol for women" and this Nature's Craft product came up and I decided to give it a try. I wasn't expecting THAT much of a change but my life is DRAMATICALLY better since I started taking a capsule a day. I barely wake up at night now. I don't have a constant "gotta go" type of feeling. My "flow" is better and I actually can hold it without feeling urgency. Amazing! I tried another brand (Source Naturals) which did not work as well (they have a horse pill). Nature's Craft Beta Sitosterol is what I'll stick to for all the days of my life. I just wish they sold a multi-pack for those of us who can't go a day without it!Lowering cholesterol and growing new hair are also benefits listed but I haven't really noticed too much hair growing after almost 2 months...maybe that's yet to kick in.****After using the CAPSULE version of this for over a year, they switched to TABLET with a totally different ingredient list. My feeling is that the manufacturer did not tell their customers. Even when I emailed them, they pretended the ingredients were the same. This is unacceptable and, by the way, the tablets do not work (or maybe work half as good). I don't know but I returned the unopened bottles and will never order this version of beta-sitosterol again!
