Q: Will my thr-ii charge this, or do I need a separate charger

I only have a Line 6 Spider V 240HC amplifier that I use with my G10TII. I do not have a charger for the G10TII and rely on the amplifier for charging. I would recommend purchasing the G10TII with a charger since the amplifier must be powered on to charge the G10TII.

Q: Is it okay to leave this charging in my spider v60 mk2 amp whenever it's not in use? or will that shorten the battery's lifespan / isn't safe?

Yes, you can leave it charging in the Spider V amp while the amp is turned on. When the amp is turned off, the transmitter will go into a sleep mode. You can find out more in the G10TII manual here: https://line6.com/support/manuals/relayg10

How long does it take to fully charge from 0% battery?

Just to be clear, I can use this as a replacement since I already have a g10 wireless? My current transmitter was damaged
