Very nice set of cookware
Very nice set of cookware.Nice steel, so it's easy to clean. I like the retro style of handles, distributes heat very well.Haven't done all that much cooking yet, just got it couple of days ago, so it's still fresh. But so far (I, ofc, jumped on cooking with it immediately) I have no complaints.Don't expect miracles, it won't cook for you on it's own, duh, but again - so far I have nothing to complain about. The handle on one of the skillets was a bit loose, so I just had to tighten a screw there, took me like 10 sec to 'fix' it.That's the summ total of negative I can come up with. All in all - I'm very happy with this purchase

Great Farberware set
Great deal for stainless steel Farberware. I purchased the 15 set ensemble. I grew up with this brand. You won’t be disappointed. And it’s a healthy way to cook.

Long lasting quality cookware
This is our second set of farberware cook ware. The first set was great and lasted almost 25 years. A few months ago one of the handles broke on one of the small pots and we decided it was time to get another quality set. Was a valentines gift for my husband.

Great product
With all the hype on new cookware, it was nice for me to find a tried and true brand. I live my Fabreware. I bought this set as a gift, wondering if she'd be happy with them. They've worked out great! She uses them. They're durable and work well.

Updated review! Yes on Induction.
First of all, the non-stick frying pans do not work with induction. I don't even know why they include them in the set. I changed my regular cooktop to an induction and needed a quick group of pots and pans. I like that this set is not too heavy for my weak little wrists, the outside maintains a very good appearance. The inside does tend to get a little discolored, I don't know why and I haven't looked into cleaning too much. The vintage look was a nice addition. All in all, I'm pleased with the set. It's not very expensive and I might start building a very expensive other name brand over time. But until then this suits the bill perfectly.Update: I LOVE this set. It cleans easily and is still bright and shiny. I did burn popcorn in the largest container, but I put some rinse aid in it to soak overnight and the next day just scrubbed it out. The interiors still show a tiny bit of discoloration but I love the way everything cooks for me in this set. I do take good care of them and wash the bottoms carefully and they have stayed brand new looking. All in all I cannot recommend any more highly, and I no longer am searching the high- and alternatives to this economical set. I also love the fact that the tops are not glass and I can clean everything really well. Don't hesitate!

Skillet is the best for eggs.
I don't do a ton of cooking, but I really like this set. Not as high priced as others. My husband loves the difference cooking eggs in the skillet. He says they even taste different lol. They clean well and seem to cook well and remind me of my childhood. Good quality.

These pans are from the golden oldens- but the sizes seem different
I love these Farberware pans. They are great quality and I love the vintage look. The handles are more “plasticky” haha new (word.?)But it doesn’t seem cheap and May actually be better than the older material that would eventually wear out; only time will tell. When removing the pots/pans from the heat, the handles are cool to the touch. It seems to me the sizes have changed a little. The biggest pot if I remember right seems to be a size in between the vintage largest and second largest pot from the vintage set; then there are 3 sauce pans smaller where there used to be two, or maybe we had lost one😳 The biggest surprise to me though was the second largest pot… I almost felt like I was taking it from a doll set. (I know it’s a little bigger than for a doll, but not much) my actual thought was this is cute, not this is functional for soup. Up above I took a picture of the 2nd largest pot to show the size on the regular burner, then inside the largest of the two frying pans and on top of the latest sauce pan, which incidentally is not that much different in size. The frying pans are definitely not sized for a large family. All in all I am very happy with my purchase. These pans clean up real nice. For anyone worried about staining, make sure it’s cleaned out before it’s dried and then set in the dishwasher.I bought a set of these for my dad about 20 years ago for twice the price.
