Sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
Really tasty sun dried tomatoes, just put in a jug of boiling water for half an hour, pour the water away dry with some kitchen paper, put some olive oil and an airtight jar with some garlic and herbs and the tomatoes, leave for a couple of days, perfect for you salad or General cooking.

Great Tasting Sundried Tomatoes..Without Oil
Needs to soak in water for 30mins before using, these Sundried tomatoes are delicious in a couscous salads, soups and stews. Great to use if you’re trying to avoid oil, which is often the preservative used to store sundried tomatoes. A great find!

I don't understand negative comments about saltiness - it seems that some people just don't properly look at what they're buying. I much prefer the dried variety to the oiled sort, and at a tenner for a whole kilogram this was an absolute, tangily flavoursome bargain!
Keep the dried tomatoes in hot water for 30 min and rinse before use. You can also consider putting less salt or no salt if you are using them for cooking as the tomatoes already contains salt
