Does it remove pubic hair?

I have only tested it so far I'm a guy and I gave a #2 flash on my sac and shaft (yep), and also above that. I have light colored skin. I then set it at #3 and then also did a test line along my thigh and along my stomach. I don't see any marks or redness and it didn't hurt, I could barely feel it. I did an armpit spot and a few flashes below that. Right on the deep arnpit spot; i did feel a little bit of pain. Probably cause there was more hair there to absorb the light and cause the pain. But it wasn't bad at all and passed quickly. Still, no red marks there either. I plan to get my gf to do my butt and a line down my back today I am disappointed that the instructions strongly say NOT to use this on a male face. But doesn't say why. Female face is approved but not the male face.

Does it work for Blondes?

I am blonde and so far it works fine. I haven't had it long. I did notice I have the best results on the highest setting.

Is it better to use this right after shaving or when the hair is long?

I would suggest you read the instructions and watch the video so you don't damage your skin. You must use new razors and get a nice clean close shave. Afterwards, when you are dry, pick a section to do. Allow time, it is tedious and monotonous. For that reason, I only do sections on certain days. You must moisturize afterwards with a healthy lotion or oil, I use coconut oil. Each day, go on your regular routine shaving, etc. Have faith, because it will show results when you are about to give up. I haven't found complete hairlessness, because I wasn't getting the new hair follicles, but I haven't used it in two months and those areas I focused on before have so little hair now, it's literally a quick shave in the shower. I hope that helps. This tool seems to work, I was doubtful too and I paid full price! I was just sick of paying for Brazilian waxes all of the time and ingrown hairs. (Eventually, you will be able to get those areas!!) Just not the face, I do not recommend any face work, personally.

How long do you have to wait in between treatments?

Instructions suggest every other week, but I use it every couple days when my one gnarly chin hair is active. May not really be effective but helps psychologically. :)
