I guess I misunderstood what this was going to be. I thought I would be getting more uniform, square-type "scraps". You can see from the picture though that when they say "scraps", they mean scraps! Some of these scraps are so tiny (like that white one on top), that I would be hard pressed to use that in even a paper piecing project.Just disappointed with what this is, given the price point.

I loved that there were 55 pieces and 20 beautiful colors. There were three of many of the colors, 5 of the black and only a couple colors had one piece. Most pieces were about 4" x 5" and only 15 pieces had selvage edges. some of the selvage edges were less than a centimeter. There is a diagonal we've on one side and the other side has no noticeable pattern. It feels like a medium wool shirt--not too thin or thick. A lovely bunch of wool for my wool appliqué projects.

These are the perfect size, are very soft, great value, and just what I needed for a craft Im working on. My only gripe is that I was hoping to get more of a variety of colors. I think I got one pink, a couple teals, but most are black and gray. I think it’s luck of the draw when it comes to these so I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again, but I’d keep my fingers crossed hoping to get a larger variety next time.

I received mine in about a week. Many dark colors and at least 2 squares of each color. Also a wide range of colors. If you don't need a specific color palette than this is the thing for you! Extremely happy!
