The taste came out perfect...but you need to make the batter n keep it for 10 mins for the vada to come out soft and spongy...

Gits Dahi Vada Mix
The vadas don't absorb dahi properly & as a result aren't as fluffy as any home-made vada is. Tastes just OK. Hence 3*. Had expected more from a brand like Gits.
