Trim the toe area of our insoles to fit your shoes by using your original insole as a template. Align the heels and trim accordingly.

How long do the cleaning products last?

We always recommend using our shoe care products within 1 year of the first time of use. After that year, products may lose their effectiveness.

I just purchased a very expensive pair of shoes, is it safe to use your cleaning products on them?

Refer to product listings for material restrictions. Contact the shoe manufacturer for advice if uncertain. Test in a small hidden area and allow it to dry before full application to ensure no color change or adverse reactions.

How do I choose the right FIT insole for my Arch height?

For flat feet, choose FIT Low Arch; for medium arches, opt for FIT Neutral Arch; and for high arches, go with FIT High Arch. Find your specific arch height in millimeters on the product page for accurate selection.

Do you make insoles for wide feet?

We do not make extra wide insoles. If you have an exceptionally wide shoe, we usually recommend ordering the next size up. The arch placement would not shift drastically but the width would increase.
