You would need to do a swap out on the gears. We do not offer a casing that will fit that frame. Thanks.

Q: dies this fit 1994 electra glide ultra classic

No not directly. the only way to get this to work is you's have to pull the gears out and switch the out with the stock gears in the stock case.
