Bought this and it was okay for just over a year and started making alot of noise and then just quit - not a good value for just over a year and then having to purchase another.

Awesome shallow well pump
I've been using this pump with a foot valve to 27' for 2 years now. Running it on the 220 side.It hasn't missed a beat !Good investment for the $.

Great Pressure!
Runs only a short while to keep the pressure at 50psi. My old pump (A burcam piece of junk) would run for a long time to get back to 50psi. This pump will pay for itself just in the amount of electricity saved!I installed it on a wooden frame so I can easily change the expansion tank without having to re-plumb the pump. The expansion tanks seem to last about 3 years on average.

No tiene fuerza
The media could not be loaded. Lo instalé hace 11 meses y recién lo usa la semana pasada, no tiene mucha fuerza, los sprinkler bota poca agua, no sé si está defectuoso o es de muy poca potencia, nesecito cambiarlo por otro más potente

Works fine but doesn't meet advertised specs
The pump was damaged during shipment. The fan cover was knocked loose and the plastic fan blades were bent, but I was able to straighten the fan blades and put the cover back on. The pump was advertised as drawing 6.5 amps, but the label on the pump said 10 amps. I called tech support and they said the pump was mislabeled. I installed the pump and the amperage in my situation was actually 5 amps, so I was happy with that.The thing that upset me though was that the pump was advertised as putting out 20 psi and 9.6 gpm with 15' of suction lift. It doesn't come close to meeting that spec. At 15' of suction lift it puts out 15 psi or less. At 8' of suction lift I only get 21 psi and 8.3 gpm. I called tech support and the person I talked to seemed clueless as to how suction lift and head pressure work. He suggested I submit an online complaint. I did this weeks ago, but have gotten no response.
