These are the kitchen shears you want! For years I had a pair of nearly identical ones that (if I recall correctly) were branded Cuisinart. I loved them! Then one day they went missing--I think they must've accidentally fallen in the trashcan and are gone forever. THESE Wüstof are, so far as I can tell, an exact replica: they are sharp, they come apart easily for easy cleaning, they have the nutcracker feature that I need, and the grips are comfortable. If I lose these again, at least they will be in my Amazon purchase history--until Amazon erases it for no good reason. (Amazon, stop that. Purchases should be forever!)
