We use these in a busy restaurant environment. They work wonderfully and haven't let us down once.Give one to a customer, go on about your business, when table is ready you buzz their number. Saves you legwork, and having to actually go find anyone - they come to you.Only gave 4 stars - would give 5 if units could be charged and used without base station having to be permanently plugged in. This isn't a deal breaker though, just make sure you have a mains socket beside your working area.

Simple to use and a fair price.
We purchased as my business (a vets) wanted to keep clients in cars until we were ready to welcome them. Covid has created challenges and the wireless pager has provided what we were looking for. Simple to use and a fair price

Range issue
Said it had a 1000m range. Found it dropped off after 200m and disappeared after 250m
