We are using it for more than eight months. Luckily no damage made by our babies. It is very useful for us. It is very easy to fix in the cot. Product is very good & must required for the babies after 8 months..

I ordered the product based on the excellent reviews. However, I am dismayed by the quality of the products they are making lately; they are flimsy. Firstly, I got the product with a missing accessory; then I got the replacement with a flimsy rod that lacks the necessary tensile strength. I am using another brand of product that is far superior to this one in terms of sturdiness. I am not sure if this is a problem with the seller or the brand itself. The customer care is pathetic. I pinged the number given on the box label but no response.

Very useful for infants. Easy to install. Good quality at affordable price. We use it on daily basis and it is worth buying. Even when the kid hold it and push it is sturdy.

Good quality but can't relie on in 100%

I had purchased the LuvLap bed rail a couple of months ago, and unfortunately, the upper plastic head broke. I reached out to their customer service team, and quickly and helpfully they responded.Without any hassle, they arranged to send a replacement upper plastic head free of cost, which was a great relief.The bed rail itself has been sturdy and reliable, and now with the replacement part received, it’s back to being fully functional.
