Solidly made and a great alternative
A cheap alternative to Shimano... however, if you are replacing shimano cleats make sure you adjust your pedals!I have fallen over without being able to unclip so many times since fitting these cleats. I’m loathed to adjust my pedals as I also wear other shoes with Shinano cleats, so I’ll probably end up just buying shimano cleats.All that said... so long as your not mixing clear makes, these are solidly made and a great alternative.

Proper working cleats
I’m using these cleats for the gym Peloton bike as the gym changed the pedals to these kind of cleats. 4 weeks in use and can’t say anything negative about them.

Do the job they are supposed to do
I use on cycle shoes just for spin biking. ( I am a 75 year old -some say eccentric ! -spin bike fanatic)I personally found these were easy to fit although you do need your own allen keyAppear good quality and have worked well so far .Have had similar before and the shoes wore out before the cleats !!

Suitable for spin classes
These were to replace my cleats on my cycle shoes. Easy to fit. The only reason I've given 4 stars was there was no backplate included but I was able to use the existing one included in my last set of cleats. Suitable for use on spin bikes if there is the facility to clip in.
