Q: Can i use it with a composite propane tank?

It will physically fit. If the propane tank is on the ground then it will work as an earthquake strap. I would not recommend using it if the propane tank was not on the ground because they can get very heavy.

Q: I recently received a older bovine that needs oxygen to survive during the heat of summer .. can this be mounted on said bovine to hold oxygen tank

This product is not bovine rated; therefore, it should not be used on said bovine.

Q: Will this hold the wight of 5gl tank ?
